W dniach 25-26 listopada 2014 odbędzie się szkolenie prowadzone przez jednego z co-autorów manifestu Agile. Zaangażowany od samego początku w ruch Agile, Arie van Bennekum, co-autor manifestu Agile będzie prowadził szkolenie Agile Project Management. Na zbliżającym się szkoleniu Arie wraz z innym trenerem Ward Bryon’em przedstawią filozofię Agile oraz pełen cykl życia projektów Agile. Uczestnicy kursu poznają jak mogą dostosować pełen cykl życia projektu Agile do specyficznych potrzeb projektowych oraz jak pracować z zespołami jako kierownicy projektów Agile, którzy wspierają i motywują zespoły w rozwoju oprogramowania.Podejście podczas szkolenia opiera się na przedstawieniu podstawy wiedzy nt. Agile na przestrzeni 2 dni oraz na krótkim powtórzeniu materiału kilka tygodni później w celu upewnienia się, że zdobyta wiedza została dobrze zapamiętana i zinterpretowana. Po standardowym dwu dniowym szkoleniu, po około 2-4 tygodniach przerwy, kursanci spotkają się ponownie na pół dnia (który zostanie uprzednio ustalony i zaplanowany). Podczas tego pół-dniowego spotkania przez około dwie godziny zostanie odświeżona wiedza ze szkolenia. Po krótkiej przerwie zainteresowane osoby będą mogły podejść do egzaminu Agile Foundation realizowanego przez Agile Consortium International.

Biografia trenera

Arie started his career in January 1987 as a developer. In 1994 he entered the world of project management based on the RAD-methodology. Within this method he specialised in project management and facilitation. In 1997 he switched from RAD to DSDM as the fundament for his approach. Since then he has been change and project manager on numerous Agile projects, facilitator in hundreds of sessions and coach for project managers and –teams. Arie has been on the board of DSDM-Benelux for 3 years and his DSDM-assessor since 1997. Because of his level of knowledge and expertise in DSDM he became one the original authors of the Agile Manifesto in 2001. Since then he has also been involved in numerous Agile implementations. In implementations Arie works as Agile trainer, coach and consultant especially on management level. At the moment Arie is actively involved in the Agile community as chair of the Agile Consortium. In his working time Arie is thoughtleader of Agile in the Core, a European Agile coachingsteam powered by Cegeka, Belgium. He implements Agile via Agile transformation processes where he transforms organizations from the developers practices, based on XP-practices for quality of code, all the way up to the management level for business involvement, dor quality if business value.
