Agile transformation
Agile Transformation is a complex and usually long process. It should include the transformation of thinking, organization and working methods, management methods, internal processes. People working in the company must adapt to the new situation and accept it. It is good to have a strategy and a solid partner that you can rely on on on your way to agility.
Survey
Before starting work at the customer’s premises, those involved in the transformation receive an online survey to recognize the current status quo in the organization. The questions concern the organizational culture, processes, standards, methods and tools in your organization and allow for the so-called “ground recognition”.
Survey
The usual goals of the transformation to agile that organizations have to achieve are similar, but the path to achieving them varies. Before making a recommendation for change it is always worthwhile to familiarize yourself with the specifics of an organization. The task partially carried out by the survey will be reinforced by observing the work of teams within the organization, additionally supported by interviews with many representatives of the client and the analysis of documents describing the file order (standards, processes, tools, etc.) in your organization.
Recommendations for change
In the report concluding the survey, facts and observations on the functioning of the organization will be collected, the report from the survey and interviews, as well as detailed proposals indicating the direction of the transformation of the organization to agile. The final report is presented to the client’s presentations and discussed. Before the discussion the client has time to discuss the report inside the organization.
Kick-off meeting
During the meeting our consultants and Client’s representatives responsible for the area of transformation to agile define the vision and goals of the organization leading to the transformation supported by measures of success. Next, the transformation strategy is chosen and the construction of the transformation backlog begins. Additionally, a roadmap of the transformation is determined and the products around which the production teams will be built are determined.
Training courses

Transformation is a long, complex and continuous process that takes time to achieve the assumed success criteria. It requires a lot of work from coaches and mentors, who teach and support teams, and guide them through the process of change. It also means that the strategy and action plan must be regularly monitored whether the undertaking is heading in the right direction. There may be a need for adjustments. It is a continuous process based on empiricism and regularly held retrospective meetings, which shape and strengthen new habits.
Completion
After building a fully self-learning organisation, the cooperation is summarised. If necessary, additional monitoring visits and possible additional support in areas requiring further knowledge are possible.
