Practical 2-days training, neatly presenting Scrum theories combined with a variety of practical tasks, games, self-solving exercises and project work in teams on common business case.

For Scrum practitioners, people who want to move to an agile approach and anyone who wants to systematize their knowledge so as to be able to work efetitively with Scrum on the one hand and prepare for certification on – PSM 1, PSM 2 and PSPO 1 on the other.

On request, the material can be modified to include aspects of work unique to the target group, for example:
– business analysis,
– to produce software in an agile manner,
– software testing,
– maintenance and service desk,
– devops practices with the use of tools (e.g. Jira, Bamboo, Confluence, Service Desk), etc.
