The “Agile Quality” book

The book “Quality in Agile” by Karolina Zmitrowicz and Rafal Stańczak

Our mission is to promote agile in managing organizations, projects and project teams. We provide training and advice in the area of agile project management based on proven approaches, standards and tools to support production teams in their daily work. As we are only practitioners, we always focus on practical examples of how to apply knowledge in life and achieve maximum effectiveness in project and team management.

They then go down to product and design level. The following issues will guide the reader through the entire manufacturing process, starting with the business idea, through effective requirements collection and analysis processes, implementation and development standards, complex management and quality assurance processes, including, of course, automation, up to the maintenance stage on production.

The presented models will show different approaches to test organization and help to apply hybrid solutions to different types of projects. The content of each chapter is woven in such a way as to maximally support the reader in fully understanding the topic and its practical applicability. All discussed issues are presented with particular emphasis on supporting business activities – on the one hand, enabling unhindered, efficient work of the production team, on the other hand, striving to provide maximum possible value to the end user and ensure his satisfaction resulting directly from the convenience of the product and functionality provided by the product.
