Training
Preparation for PSM/PSPO certification
Complex 2-day training, neatly presenting Scrum theories combined with a variety of practical tasks, games, self-solving exercises and project work in teams at the business casino.

Training objectives

The training will allow for an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of the Scrum framework, the purpose of each Scrum event and Artefacts, the responsibilities of roles and checking this knowledge in exercises, games, simulated situations and the business case. We will bend over the need to remove organizational obstacles without breaking the Scrum structure, the need to use self-organization, empiricism and incremental product delivery. Finally, we will be looking at scaling Scrum in the organization. The exchange of experience between course participants from different companies will be not without significance. On request, the material can be modified with aspects of work related to testing, maintenance, devops, application of selected tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Bamboo), etc.

.

Target group

For Scrum practitioners, people who want to move to an agile approach and anyone who wants to systematize their knowledge so as to be able to work efetitively with Scrum on the one hand and prepare for certification on scrum.org – PSM 1, PSM 2 and PSPO 1 on the other.

On request, the material can be modified to include aspects of work unique to the target group, for example:
– business analysis,
– to produce software in an agile manner,
